The Guard Vessel Pre-Hire Inspection Template (revision 7.0) is a standard format for Inspectors to use when carrying out marine assurance on selected vessels intended for Guard Duties in the offshore energy sector. It has been jointly developed by the MSF, the Scottish Fishing Federation (SFF) and the National Federation of Fisherman’s Organisations (NFFO).

This latest revision has been updated to reflect previous inspection findings experienced and industry learnings.
