The latest update of the checklist template (revision 3.0) has the following changes from the previous version.

• Removal of Towing/AH and DP sections as these are no longer relevant for the current fleet.
• Removal of duplication.
• General formatting and grammar corrections.
• Clarity on checks on verification and validation exercises having been carried out.
• Awareness of Enclosed Space Entry procedures.
• Addition of Dispersant Equipment being tested regularly.
• Charterers Specific Requirements section populated.
